The assembly of a tower with STZ60G section necessarily requires a model STZ60GRDES extension section for correct installation (Consult the engineering department for more information).

Featured technical notes:

  • Make sure installation is done by a trained professional.
  • Schedule a maintenance plan to check tensions in retainers and tighten hardware.
  • Do not install solar panels more than 6 meters high. Check compatibility between solar cells and mounts.
  • A stress study must be carried out when an eccentric load is placed on the tower. This can cause excessive torsion and bending in the tower causing structural failure.
  • The declared weight is of the equipment without accessories and without packaging.

Warning:

  • Hot dip galvanizing is recommended for humid areas, salty and/or corrosive environments, industrial parks with gas release ( SEE AREA MAP ).
  • The tower must be painted according to (at least) the CFE D8500-02 specification (7 symmetrical stripes of orange and white interspersed, starting and ending in orange.
  • It must include night lighting, at least two luminaires, one in the middle and one at the top.
  • Local regulations by municipality must be consulted to ensure correct and legal tower installation.
