Remote Monitoring Software for IP Digital Systems.

KPG-149RM .-Remote monitoring software for conventional IP connection systems, trunks, single-site and multi-site. The KPG149RM allows remote monitoring of all repeaters in an NXDN IP system. This software informs supervisors or technical staff of system problems or failures of any of the repeaters at any of the sites. Also the KPG149RM can set an alarm tone on the administrator's PC and send multiple emails or SMS text messages upon receiving the alarm. All events are stored in a log.
Remote monitoring helps prevent serious system failures from occurring and ensure that critical communications remain uninterrupted.

Monitoring parameters:
The technical staff has access to detailed information about the status of some of the repeaters, this thanks to individual monitoring of feeding, temperature and fan conditions. Monitoring intervals are adjustable.

Software access log: Once the software is executed, a log file in CSV format is created in a specific folder. A new record is created for each session.

Alarm: Optionally, when an alert condition is detected, a tone on the PC is activated. The tone can be customized using a WAV type audio file.

Email and SMS message alerts: Provided with access to an SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) email server, The software can alert one or more people via email or text message.

User Interface: The main screen offers easy organization using multiple tabs for easy switching between monitoring and logging. Setting up separate screens makes it easy to register new repeaters, mail trays, etc
