Emergency Communication System with TK8302HK Radio (UHF 450-520 MHz).

The EMERTEL emergency communication system, was created to be able to send an alert via radio to the monitoring center in highly demanding areas, like roads, edges of parks or any other strategic point where there is no other common means of communication.
Once the system is implemented correctly, The user in emergency may request support under the following procedure:
1. User presses a button to alert base.
2. The operator inside the base will communicate through the integrated speaker to request information about the problem.
3. The user will wait for the operator to finish speaking and by pressing the (PTT) button he will briefly comment on the problem (only one person can speak at a time). At the end of the dialogue, The user must stop pressing the button. The operator answers.
4. The conversation may have several dialogues until the problem is understood.
5. The operator gives instructions to the user to solve the problem. In that case, the operator will be able to send road support, doctor, or someone else to the user in question.
The EMERTEL system includes:
- Booth type pole cabinet with light, microphone, horn and PTT to start the audio.
