BX SHIELD Outdoor Sensor with up to 24 Meters of Protection

The BX Shield series is a line of outdoor curtain motion sensors with detection on each side up to 12 meters. The BX Shield is ideal for detecting people in the vicinity of your home or office building. It has four PIRs, two on each side. To offer total control, The left and right detection areas can be set completely independently of each other. The BXS-R is the wireless model.

Highly Extreme detection mode


For environments where the temperature difference between the human body and the background is very small, Extremely high detection mode increases PIR sensitivity to avoid any missed alarms.

Individual Detection Area and sensing options


Left and right detection ranges, can be adjusted independently (2.5m to 12m in 5 steps)

4 PIR Technology


The detection range: Sensitivity and alarm output can be set separately for left and right detection areas. The sensor can differentiate between large and small objects within the detection area. reducing false activation and ensuring genuine intrusion detection.

Digital IR Anti-mask Function


IR and Anti-mask active function, detects when the lens surface has been covered, blocked or painted.

AND function logic to reduce false alarms

The BX SHIELD series only activates an alarm signal when the upper and lower detection areas detect motion.

Double Conductive Shielding


When using double conduction shielding, Visible light disturbance and RFI can be blocked.

SMDA Logic (Super Multi Dimension Analysis)


By analyzing detection patterns and environmental information, SMDA improves immunity against various noise factors, such as climate changes and vegetation, and can distinguish between the cause of annoying false alarms and genuine ones
