• Left Door: 5064 (reverse jamb), 5058 (hinge jamb).
• ​The use of head is required: 5069
• Requires 2 pack of model 5040 hinges (contains 3 pieces).

For the door to be fire resistant, additional accessories are required:

• Perimeter seal : model 5019
• Sardinel: 5021 , or 5026, 5027 (option with stop).
• Seal under door: 5017A or 5033 (with rubber).
• Dropper : 5037 , (for use on doors facing outside).
• Door closer: 84883.
