Panduit SmartZone G5 iPDUs are more than just a power distribution unit and a power meter. These iPDUs monitor power in the data center environment (at the cabinet level), by continuously scanning for electrical circuit surges and physical environmental conditions that put critical IT equipment at risk. Panduit iPDUs provide complete and accurate power metering data to efficiently use power resources, make informed decisions about capacity planning, improve uptime, measure PUE (power usage effectiveness) and drive green data center initiatives to save energy and money.

Panduit Rack iPDUs are easily installed in Panduit or third-party enclosures. These safely and efficiently manage and distribute power to multiple devices through a single power input connector, by PDU, to improve scalability as a network grows.

Switched Monitoring Series (MS): PDUs with added power monitoring capability, and switching capabilities at the output level, individually or by group. Allows you to sequence the ignition, restart equipment or restrict unauthorized use of each outlet.
