Kidde 900-0113 & comma; Energized AC Energized CO & Explosive Gas Alarm & Comma; protects you and your family from two deadly threats. The 900-0113 includes a 9V backup battery that provides protection during power outages & comma; when AC-only energized drives cannot provide protection. By pressing the Peak Level & Comma; button you can see the maximum CO level recorded by the alarm since it was last restarted or disconnected. The continuous digital display shows the level of carbon monoxide (if any) that the unit is detecting & comma; as well as the probable presence of gas. The gas detector is a metal oxide sensor designed to detect natural gas (methane) or propane.
