Available for periods of one, three and five years, Net.Cover offers support options for customers who wish to enhance the features offered by the standard warranty only, to further protect your network and simplify your maintenance budget with a single fee.
Net.Cover Premium support programs, Advanced and Elite are available in current Allied Telesis products. For customers seeking continuous protection on end-of-sale products, Net.Cover TAC offers access to software updates and improvements, along with access to our Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Online services: Allied Telesis offers web-based online support service, available 24 hours a day, the seven days of the week. With your personalized account, You can generate and track the status of your technical support incidents.
Knowledge base: Net.Cover customers will register on the Allied Telesis support portal with immediate access to the knowledge base.
Software updates: Allied Telesis Software Support provides online access to software updates, updates and bug fixes for all covered products. These updates deliver timely features and enhancements in response to the constant changes our customers are experiencing in their network environments.

Hardware support: Provide hardware troubleshooting and fault diagnosis. Allied Telesis Hardware Support will cover the cost of repairs in the event of hardware failure, avoiding unforeseen expenses. The advanced hardware replacement option ensures minimal network downtime for mission-critical applications. Customers without a valid Net.Cover maintenance plan will receive basic hardware troubleshooting instructions, while Net.Cover customers will be guided through the fault analysis procedure for quick diagnosis and resolution.

Priority queue: Net.Cover customer requests will be prioritized according to the subscribed plan and access will be granted via live call toll-free local telephone numbers.
Telephone support: Subscribing to a Net.Cover plan will entitle you to receive live support from Allied Telesis helpdesk, which will guide you step by step to identify and resolve network related problems. Allied Telesis technical support is made up of experienced engineers, both in Allied Telesis products and in a wide range of networking technologies. Configuration evaluation: This role provides an Allied Telesis engineer to evaluate your basic hardware and software configuration files. If additional services are required, Allied Telesis Professional Services organization is available to provide complete engineering services, including design consultation, implementation, remote network documentation and analysis and on-site troubleshooting, which are billed separately.
