Hardware gateway for AV control and management plus room scheduling

Atlona AT-VGW-HW-3, AT-VGW-HW-10 and AT-VGW-HW-20 are Atlona Velocity™ server gateways for AV system control, in addition to room scheduling and AV asset management. These gateways feature a compact housing that installs easily in a rack. With a simple network connection and web browser access, an integrator, technical manager or technician can quickly begin the configuration and implementation of AV control systems, room programming touch panels and AV devices such as matrix switches. Velocity VGW-HW server gateways support industry-standard secure data communications and feature two Gigabit Ethernet ports to isolate an AV device LAN from a facility or corporate network. An innovative network-based system architecture enables full redundancy and failover with two gateways in operation, maximizing AV system reliability and avoiding downtime in mission-critical applications.

VGW-HW-3 Server Gateways VGW-HW-10 and VGW-HW-20 offer 3, 10 or 20 AV control rooms, respectively. Velocity offers comprehensive system control for Atlona, as well as for third-party AV devices . Control of the user's AV system is available on Velocity touch panels, as well as on users' mobile devices and web browsers without the need to purchase additional licenses. Velocity features a highly intuitive GUI-based configuration platform, Designed for quick and efficient deployment of multi-room AV control systems.

Supports Velocity Premier Services – Remote Gateway (AT-VPS-RG) for configuration, remote administration and control over the Internet. Remote gateway access creates an opportunity to provide enhanced support and customer service by allowing system and device configuration, problem solving, credentials and firmware updates, and more from any device with a browser and an Internet connection.

Speed ​​Room Scheduling

In addition to AV system control, VGW-HW gateways can serve up to 6, 20 or 40 rooms for scheduling meetings or events. Velocity offers a powerful and intuitive room scheduling platform that is easy for integrators to install and configure, and easy to access for meeting participants. All VGW-HW Server Gateways include Atlona Management System (AMS), a powerful asset management resource for AV integrators, facility AV/IT system administrators and technical administrators to configure, Monitor and service multiple Atlona products from one web browser. AMS enables centralized organization and management of networked Atlona device installations across an entire facility or residence, greatly reducing integration time and serving as a convenient portal for help desk support.
