Duplexers are devices that allow a single antenna to be used to both transmit and receive radio signals by isolating or attenuating one frequency from the other.

When using a duplexer, It ensures that the transmit signal and the receive signal do not interfere with each other. Instead of having two separate antennas, The duplexer uses a single antenna that is divided into two paths, one to transmit and one to receive.

General characteristics:

• Wide use in Full mobile radios and repeaters (50 W maximum).
• Minimum frequency shift due to temperature changes.
• Silver Plated Copper Tube Resonators (UHF) and Tinned Copper Helical Resonators (VHF).
• Teflon insulation for VHF and UHF.
• Interconnecting with conformable cables reduces insertion loss.
• This device will not help you solve sensitivity problems in high RF incidence locations.
• Shielding with tempered 6063-T5 extruded aluminum cavities.
