The REDWALL SIP series includes long range outdoor PIR detectors designed to work in conjunction with CCTV systems to provide a reliable commercial security solution. Very stable in outdoor environments, Redwall SIP motion sensors combine a high capture rate with a minimal false alarm rate, which is ideal for event-triggered intrusion detection systems. The SIP-100 is a wired model that offers a detection rate of 100 x 3 m (L x W) which is ideal for protecting long, narrow areas such as fence lines, buildings or alleys.

The REDWALL SIP series is designed to connect to PTZ or fixed cameras and activate the CCTV system when an intrusion occurs. The SIP-100/5030 has three independent detection zones (far, near and immediate) with independent sensitivity selection that can activate preset cameras and provide the best view of the scene to local security personnel or at remote monitoring stations. REDWALL SIP motion sensors are designed for use in demanding outdoor environments. Sensitivity can be automatically adjusted to ambient lighting and temperature, and have IP65 rating for the main unit. SIP long range intrusion detectors are vandal resistant as they have a polycarbonate housing and anti-masking function, in addition to having an accelerometer to detect whether or not the position of the sensor has been modified.
