Description

The 4x4 hybrid is an array of hybrid couplers arranged so that signals applied to any of the four inputs are divided equally between the four outputs. This allows the combination of multiple signals on the same wireless band to a common power cable, as might be required in a distributed antenna system in a neutral host building. Unused output ports must be externally terminated at 50 W, with adequate PIM performance. Note that the phase relationship of the outputs in this model is not consistent.
Special attention has been paid to maximizing isolation in the wireless bands and minimizing passive intermodulation (PIM). The unit is also available with 7-16 DIN or N connectors as part of the CM-x8D or CM-x8N series.
