Equipped with the new YDIF (Yamaha Digital Interface) digital audio format for easy installation

XMV Series

XMV power amplifiers offer a convenient solution for installed sound applications. They can operate in high and low impedance modes at the same time, eliminating the need for additional external amplifiers or transformers. Also, allow operation at 70V and 100V for each pair of channels, without affecting the number of available output channels. This simplifies the installation process and offers flexibility and efficiency. XMV power amplifiers are ideal for applications requiring high and low impedance connectivity in one location.

XMV power amplifiers are used in systems with MTX series processors; settings such as mute on/off or fader changes can be set through the computer using the MTX Editor software. YDIF ports make system setup quick and easy with instant connection and flexible parameter control. Originally the XMV series input source was common to all channels. Starting with version 3.1, It is now possible to individually select input sources for each channel. It is possible to mix digital and analog connections for each input channel of an XMV.
