KVM switch

The ATEN CS17916 16-Port HDMI USB KVM Switch allows you to control up to 16 HDMI-enabled computers from a single USB console. It can be cascaded up to two levels, controlling up to 256 computers. Offers multi-monitor functionality with stacking of up to 8 switches and support for multiple video cards, facilitating video comparison and monitoring. Includes an On Screen Display (OSD) menu to access any connected computer and allows settings backup/restore. Supports multimedia keyboard and audio enabled, allowing you to listen to the audio from each computer on two sets of speakers.
